Our Team

The Jubilee Care Homes Care Team are selected based on two criteria: that each team member is an expert in their field with proven experience in the care industry and able to demonstrate technical expertise, plus be a master of softer skills. By ‘softer skills’ we mean the ability to get along with others, to be able to truly listen and adapt accordingly, to build meaningful honest relationships and to know when to be available and when not to be intrusive – to be the ultimate professional with a friendly approach.

We provide a specialist training programme to further develop skills, improve knowledge and to help staff meet the needs of all our residents. Regular support meetings and appraisals ensure progression through training that not only hones existing skills but imparts additional knowledge such as training in understanding diet and nutrition, or any subject areas that will ultimately benefit the expert care and healthy lifestyle of our residents.
